You will receive the ColleIsarcoCARD from us all year round free of charge when you arrive. It is the exclusive guest card of the Colle Isarco - Fleres holiday region. With it you can use all public transport throughout South Tyrol free of charge. In addition, the weekly programme of the Vipiteno-Racines-Colle Isarco holiday region and admission to the Colle Isarco swimming pool are free of charge. If you only book an overnight stay with breakfast, the price is reduced by €10.00 per person and day.

Our general cancellation conditions:

• Cancellation up to 6 weeks before arrival: free of charge
• Cancellation 3 to 6 weeks before arrival: the deposit will be kept
• Cancellation less than 3 weeks before arrival and in case of early departure or late arrival: 70% of the agreed room rate will be charged.

To be on the safe side, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

On the day of arrival, your room will be ready for occupancy from approx. 2 p.m. If it is not possible for you to arrive by 7 p.m. on the day of arrival, please let us know. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave your room by 10.30 a.m.

With two full-paying guests in the same room, the following discounts apply for children:

• up to 2 years: free of charge
• 3 to 5 years: 70% discount
• 6 to 10 years: 50% discount
• 11 to 14 years: 30% discount

Dogs are only allowed by prior arrangement and only in the room categories “Maratsch” and “Wetterspitz”. We charge €15.00 per day without pet food for your furry friend.

A local tax of € 2.70 per person per night is charged for all guests over 14 years of age. This tax is not included in the list price and can only be paid on-site.

Free parking is available at the Aktivhotel Panorama.

Unless otherwise stated, the rates are per person and day, including our half board and all the inclusive services.

No deductions will be made from the package price for services not used during the package weeks.

We add a supplement of €30 per day to the listed price for guests occupying a double room alone. We do not book double rooms for single occupants during the high season. Please note that our suites are not available to single occupants.

All rooms at the Aktivhotel Panorama are non-smoking.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. It will save you time and money in the event of a cancelled trip.
